Your gun’s FPS describes how fast BBs leave your gun barrel. It is measured using a chronograph.
For usual combats, you’ll be okay with BBs traveling 300 feet per second. That’s because a gun’s muzzle velocity doesn’t solely determine the range and accuracy you get.
