Sig Sauer MPX airsoft rifle is a realistic gun that feels just like the AWP L96. The spring-powered rifle is easy to use and will help you cover long distances as fast as 300 feet per second.

The gun is made of polymer, metal, and high-quality plastic, which will make it last for as long as you want. It will give you a great bang for your bucks.

Compare to Similar Products

The Sig Sauer MPX spring airsoft rifle is the best for beginners, thanks to how budget-friendly it is. Plus, it is easy to maneuver.

This AWP L96 replica is better than several other brands of air rifles and air pistols because newbies will find it easy to use.

Look at this…

The backyard plinker is lightweight, even though it’s made with high-quality plastic and polymer. We didn’t have any problem shooting with it for extended battles. Plus, it performed satisfactorily since we could add lasers, optics, and other accessories to the Picatinny top rail.

Also, the MPX spring airsoft rifle has an ergonomic pistol grip that makes it comfortable for beginners.

We enjoyed the 500 rounds of BBs in the reservoir. Beginners will enjoy the gun’s reloading system.

This gun packs a punch, and it will help you through all the practice that you need.

Our Analysis, Comparisons & Test Results

Performance Comparison

1. Value for Money

The manufacturer of this gun did their best to produce a gun that functions right out of the box.

How’s that?

This gun comes with BBs and a magazine holding as many as 26 rounds of BBs. You’ll also get 500 more in its reservoir.

The gun fires at a speed of 300 feet per second and will help you hit targets easily. That’s because of features like the front and rear sights.

Though we could not adjust these sights for elevation, we didn’t have any issue zeroing in on targets.

From a far distance, we were able to hit targets accurately, even without an optic sight.

This affordable yet realistic gun has a Picatinny rail around the handguards for foregrips, optics, and other accessories of your choice.

This gun provides every item you need to practice airsoft gaming.

2. Power

The MPX airsoft spring rifle is one of the most powerful airsoft guns on the market.

Its power level makes it the best for beginners.

This gun has a firing mechanism that doesn’t require you to carry propane tanks or batteries on your neck as you practice to become an airsoft champion.

But that’s not all…

The gun operates with a 26 round capacity and a 500-round reservoir behind the magazine. You won’t get stranded on the field, especially since the magazine slides out quickly and smoothly by the push of a button.

The gun’s direct loading mechanism gives you a nonstop shooting spree. To load BBs, simply pull the functional charging handle right at the top of the spring rifle.

Let me confess…

One time, the magazine didn’t load the BBs, and when I took out the clip, the BBs all rolled out. Also, the rifle is quite hard to cock, but that makes it more realistic.

3. Range

Even as a beginner, you’ll want to cover a reasonable distance during practice.

Well…

My team and I enjoyed shooting with this gun. We were able to shoot over 20 feet with this high-powered gun. But when we tried hitting a tree that was 40 feet out, the shot was not accurate.

This gun shoots as fast as 300 feet per second, and one time when there was no wind, one of us had his BBs flying 500 FPS!

We were able to shoot at targets without delay, with the magazine that came with a reservoir holding 500 rounds of BBs.

Also, the Picatinny rail allows beginners to attach accessories like a bipod, scope, and lasers. These accessories will give you more stability and precision required to hit targets even from a distance.

I remember how we gained ten extra feet using a magnifying scope with the MPX airsoft spring rifle.

Here’s the thing…

With the right BBs, you’ll cover a lot of range. We used 6mm BBs weighing 0.20g- 0.25g and repeatedly covered 20-30 feet.

4. Versatility

Since airsoft is fast becoming the most popular outdoor game, it’s not surprising that each day welcomes a new brand with airsoft products and items.

But here’s the truth…

You need a resourceful gun for practice and when you’re better at airsoft gaming.

This brand of gun looks and feels authentic, but for its orange tip. And you’ll find it useful right out of the box.

Its polymer stock is adjustable, taking three forms. You can also remove it to form an oversized pistol.

The gun is made with high-quality plastic that didn’t break even when we hit the walls, trying to hide from enemies. We could also hit targets from a distance, with a well-loaded magazine that held BBs flying as fast as 300 feet per second!

Though you’ll need to buy optics, scope, bipod, and a few other accessories yourself, you can easily get these products at a cheap rate from a nearby airsoft store. Plus, the sturdy rail will hold them tight.

5. Durability/ Workmanship

This gun beats several other guns because of how durable it is. It will survive consistent use during practice and stay resourceful even when you become an expert.

Most parts of the SIG1 are constructed with durable plastic material, while the metal barrel assembly is full metal.

When I saw the polymer stock, I thought that it would not survive the rain or scorching sun, but the beast of a gun surprised me. It didn’t feel at all like plastic, but composite iron.

Here’s the thing…

The gun’s tough shell will make it easy for beginners to learn how to play airsoft. It doesn’t matter how many times the gun falls; it will remain solid. Its parts are tightly bolted together so that it won’t bend or break.

Plus, the new guy played several rounds and never complained of the BBs jamming.

6. Ease of Use

One of the things I enjoyed while testing this gun was how easy it was to use.

The FN Herstal airsoft rifle shoots 300-400 FPS, using 6 millimeter ammo. That should hit your targets fast enough.

It doesn’t stop there…

The gun has a folding stock you can adjust to any length you want. That way, it’s easy for you to carry whenever you’re going for practice or want to join your buddies for a fair game.

The gun’s front and rear sights make it easy for airsoft players to aim at targets better. You’ll get your targets in clear vision, and the ambidextrous fire control helps you shoot at them easily, whether you’re left or right-handed.

Also, the vertical foregrip will help you control the gun quite well. And the ergonomic pistol grip helps your stability and support.

As a beginner, you’ll love this gun because of features like the reversible charging handle that allows you to customize the gun to your preference.
